- Wear headphones -as you have probably heard me say before Headphones are so important. If there is to much distraction you may not get the full effect.
- Stay seated- When you move around you cause more background noise. Stay seated to you can get the most relaxation possible.
Tips
This page is for tips but also for anyone having trouble feeling any ASMR feelings. I feel truly lucky to have discoverd this gift and if you are having trouble don't quite trying. I have read about people going there hole life and feeling this feeling on there death and also people feeling it in there 20 and 30 who never felt it there hole life. So don't give up. Keep searching for your triggers.
